Buyer's Confidential Information
 .....

1. submits NCND / FPA

2. submits LOI with full banking disclosure or ICPO with soft Probe to End Seller.

Seller's Confidential Information .....

1. submits full FCO's, Manifests, SKR's, Kimberley/Origin Certificates, Invoices and History, POP( Title, SGS, Tank Receipts). Allocation Number etc as and when applicable. 

Once we have the data we control release data as follows:


1. Buyer is given santized FCO to start with for procedural review.

2. Seller is given Buyer Name and Address details for the full FCO with seller name and banking information addressed to buyer on receipt of sellers Full FCO and supporting information.

3. Buyer is given full FCO and Seller is given LOI (Simultaneous data  transfer) - this also includes any supporting information i.e. manifest, SKR, Kimberley Certificates, Invoices, POP (Tank Receipts SGS Reports) etc

4. Seller is given NCND/IMFPA to be signed and returned.

The Privacy Act has twelve information privacy principles.  For the full text of each, click on its number. 
Principle 1, Principle 2Principle 3 and Principle 4 govern the collection of personal information. This includes the reasons why personal information may be collected, where it may be collected from, and how it is collected.
Principle 5 governs the way personal information is stored. It is designed to protect personal information from unauthorized use or disclosure.
Principle 6 gives individuals the right to access information about themselves.
Principle 7 gives individuals the right to correct information about themselves
Principle 8 and Principle 9, Principle 10 and Principle 11 place restrictions on how people and organizations can use or disclose personal information. These include ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date, and that it isn’t improperly disclosed.
Principle 12 governs how “unique identifiers” – such as TAX numbers, bank client numbers, driver’s licence and passport numbers – can be used.
